The first factor which governs the fares is the seating class. There are three classes of Eurostar Trains:

1. Standard Class
2. Leisure Class
3. Business Premier

There are different fare types for each class.

1. Standard Class types are fully flexible, Semi flexible, non flexible, standard senior, standard youth, standard child, Night clubber and Pass holder. This is the cheapest class and the fare from London to Brussels or Paris starts from £69 for return.


2. Leisure select types are Semi flexible (Sat night away), Non flexible, Pass holder and Leisure child. The fare for this class starts at £189 for London to Brussels and Paris.


3. Business premier has only fully flexible and Semi flexible types. The ticket price starts from £373 for return journey from London to Brussels.


4. Whether the tickets are exchangeable or not, are refundable or not and what all are the other restrictions on them depends upon flexibility of that ticket.

There is a special category pricing for: Rail Pass-holders, Youth, Child and Senior.

1. Child (4 to 11 years in age) - tickets are exchangeable before travel, but non-refundable.


2. Senior (Above 60 years) - Train tickets are exchangeable before travel, but non-refundable but only for standard class.


3. Youth (12 to 25 years in age) - Tickets are exchangeable before travel, but non-refundable applicable only for standard class though.


4. Pass Holder - Discounted 1st or 2nd class ticket are available for those traveling with any kind of Eurail, Interrail, Euro Domino or Britrail pass. Tickets are exchangeable before travel, but they are non-refundable.
